The Role


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand go to market regional strategy

  • Grow market share regionally

  • Build out the talent bench in 2019 in line with the brand’s growth strategy

  • Establish a culture of innovation and growth across the brand

  • Deliver all sales and profit targets

  • Build the brand equity and image through execution

  • Set plan and execute the strategic direction of the brand

  • Supervise all aspects of the brand’s company operations

  • Make sure the retailer’s vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and continue to meet the needs of the brand

  • Supervise all financial reports and the deployment of funds

  • Translate management strategy into meaningful changes on ground


About You


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Previous experience:

  • Substantial management and leadership experience

  • Significant experience in both senior marketing and sales / commercial roles

  • Experience leading large and diverse teams across retail and digital

  • Expertise in leading a luxury brand

  • Have a change mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate others

  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape

  • Strong communication, influencing and management skills

  • Proven experience of managing complex P&L's

  • Demonstrable experience of embedding best practice

  • Translating global strategy at a regional and local level
