Maria is the Founder and CEO at HVO Search.

She oversees the most senior executive placements.

Maria spent 7 years at some of the world’s leading consumer and fashion executive search firms before founding HVO Search in 2012.

 

She is passionate about helping both her clients and her extensive network reach their full potential and is an avid advocate of women in the workforce.

 

Maria holds a BSc degree in Psychology from The University of Nottingham and has used her knowledge of people to build an educational platform using AI and machine learning to help broaden access to career coaching.

She is also a Business Start Up Mentor at Virgin Start Up.

 

Born in Siberia and raised in London, Maria is bilingual in English and Russian.

Felipe is the Marketing Director at HVO Search. He leads the marketing strategy as well as handling Marketing, Production & Digital mandates.

Felipe brings a wealth of marketing and branding expertise, having previously worked in Rio de Janeiro and New York with fashion brands and luxury experiences companies.

Felipe graduated from ESPM in Rio de Janeiro with a degree in Marketing & Advertising.

 

He always has his camera ready to capture a moment and has his own fashion and beauty photography business.

Born in Brazil, Felipe speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Zia is the HR & Commercial Director at HVO Search. She leads HR and Commercial mandates. She also supports the business development function.

 

Zia has more than 15 years HR experience. She began her career working as an HR Business Partner at Barclays Capital, before taking on strategic Change Management and Organisational Design responsibilities at the UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID).  

 

She then launched her own HR consultancy; helping businesses gain competitive advantage, future-proof their organisation and control costs throughout Brexit and beyond.

She has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and is a CIPD Chartered Fellow.

 

Born in the UK, Zia has lived and worked in Asia and Africa, as well as in the UK.
